Rhode Island Meals on Wheels
Located in Providence, Rhode Island, the Meals on Wheels program is an organization dedicated primarily to meeting nutritional and other special needs of the elderly in order to help them maintain their independent lifestyles.  In addition to our emergency response systems, the Meals on Wheels program offers: home delivered meals, congregate dining, case management, volunteer guardianships and an emergency food pantry.

HealthWise 55 Senior Services Membership Program at Wentworth Douglass Hospital
HealthWise 55 is a comprehensive health promotion program designed to meet the needs of people 55 and older.  Members are entitled to the following benefits: Health screenings and educational programs, notary public services for Advance Directives, meal and gift shop discounts at the hospital and a travel club discount.

55PLUS at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center
A comprehensive program of health related services, including classes, programs and screenings for people age 55 and older.

ServiceLink
ServiceLink is a statewide network of community based resources for seniors, adults with disabilities and their families.  ServiceLink is a free information and supported referral service with local offices  in 13 communities and over 50 satellite offices throughout New Hampshire. ServiceLink can answer your questions and connect you to the appropriate services that support healthy and independent living.

Seniors Count
Seniors Count is a collaborative effort that draws on resources and expertise from throughout the community to meet the critical needs of frail and vulnerable elderly people.

Tri-Valley Elder Services
Located in Webster, Massachusetts, Tri-Valley Elder Services has been helping seniors and their families in 25 South Central Massachusetts communities since 1976.  They feature programs such as: meals on wheels, caregiver support, homemaker services, transportation, companionship, protective services and more.

Hubbard Regional Hospital
Also located in Webster, Massachusetts, Hubbard Regional Hospital provides high quality, compassionate and accessible health care services that meet community needs. 

Saints Memorial Medical Center
 Saints Memorial Medical Center was founded in 1992 with the merger of St. Joseph Hospital and St. John's Hospital in Lowell, MA.  Saints Memorial provides comprehensive, holistic health care.  Their services include: case management, education, nutrition service, rehabilitation, counseling and more.

Shirley's Friends at FarPoint Travel
 Located in Southern New Hampshire, Shirley's Friends is a tour organization for seniors.  They offer day and overnight tours, fun parties, luncheons, educational seminars, fund-raising events and a lot more!  There are no fees to join their group.  Travel with friends!
