Standard
Personal Emergency Response Systems
 We feature
equipment from the most respected names in the industry such as
Rescue Alert, Lifeline, VRI and Health Watch. The standard system
consists of a lightweight waterproof button that you wear on your
wrist or around your neck and a base unit that connects to your
phone line. In the event of an emergency a press of the button
activates the base unit which sends a signal to the monitoring

We offer solutions for virtually any situation. We have a soft
touch button for those that may have trouble pressing our
standard Personal Help Button. We also have a line of assistive
technology for people with extreme mobility issues or other
problems. Our pillow switch can be pinned to a pillow and
activated by a head movement. Our wobble switch can be
triggered by a body or head movement from any direction. Our
Sip/Puff switch requires sipping or puffing on a tube for those
with accurate breath control.
We offer smoke detectors that can
be used in conjunction with the system and can be located in up
to 8 zones throughout a house. The smoke detectors each have an
independent code that will alert the monitoring center to the
exact location of a fire.

Options
For people who do not require the total security of a personal
emergency response system, but would like the reassurance of a
daily check-in call we offer SafeChek. No special
equipment is required other than your phone! This means
total freedom; no wires, no help button and no speaker unit! A friendly
operator will call you on a schedule that you determine to
remind you of important things to do daily. A simple
reminder will improve your compliance with your doctor's orders.
Studies show that the more closely you adhere to your care plan,
the healthier you will be.
- Medication Reminders
We can call several times daily to remind you
to take your medications. This is not a recorded message, but
a live operator who will notify a friend or relative if you do not
respond.
- Medical Reminders
Our operators can also call to remind you to
perform blood tests, therapy routines, exercise or any other
function that you do regularly to maintain your health.
- Wellness Calls
We will call you at a certain time every day
just to check in with you and make sure you are all right. If
you do not answer after several calls, we will notify a relative or
other designated responder.

Lockboxes
 With our
“Shurlok” lock boxes you can rest easy knowing that your home is
secure while emergency personnel have a means to get inside. Our
lockboxes feature a high-quality all metal construction making it
the safest, most secure lockbox on the market.
The lockbox
attaches to your doorknob and houses a spare key in its heavy duty
interior. You provide us with a key and a 4-digit combination
that we will use to set the lock. In the event of an
emergency our monitoring center can provide local emergency services
with the combination so they can get inside. No more leaving your
home unlocked or forcing the emergency services to break down your
door!
You can lease a
lockbox for $3 a month or purchase it outright for a one-time
$39 fee.
Fall Detection
 Falling is
one of the biggest fears for anyone living alone. According to
the Center for Disease Control, there are over 35 million
Americans over the age of 65 and one in every three will fall in a
given year. The 26 million people with neuromuscular or cognitive
diseases (Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis,
Muscular Dystrophy, ALS and Diabetes) fall even more frequently.
A fall can leave a person alone and in pain much longer than need
be.
Our new Fall
Detector features the latest technological
advances in Personal Emergency Response Systems to address the
threat of a serious fall. This pager-sized device is worn on a belt
and is designed to both sense a fall when it happens and make a call for help should
you be unconscious or unable to send the signal on your own. This
is especially important as after a fall or other emergency, 90% of
people who get help within one hour will continue independent
living, but after 12 hours, only 10% of people will continue to
